If for some reason it is not possible to provide any of the members of a product order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this fact and proceed to reintegrarte the amount paid for the product, including its proportionate cost of transport .

If the unavailability of product affect the entire order, proceed to full refund of the amount paid for the order, including shipping charges that would have been charged to it.



All our products are guaranteed for 2 years from receipt of order. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.

If you return an item that is broken or defective and the cause is attributable to us, we will gladly send you a new one, repair totally free, to make a price reduction or termination of the contract negotiations that will be free to the user. We report the damage you have a maximum of 2 months you realize the problem.

If we have no stock of this product at the moment and you can not do without it, we can suggest a similar product that you like or expect to have it back in stock.

Please note that our products are mostly produced manually, using traditional techniques .. That is why you will not find two articles with a finish exactly. Even the colors may vary slightly due to the handcrafted techniques used.



The approximate delivery time in Spain Mainland, Balearics and Portugal is for 2 to 5 days. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla this term be increased by an additional week. Products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used and must retain their original labels and packaging and-if-original accessories and documentation elements, also in perfect condition.

If the returned product is produced without the original packaging, we reserve the right not to refund the full amount paid if we consider that the product has been depreciated.

Returns will not be accepted custom products according to customer specifications or manufactured, adapted or made from specifications.

We also reserve the right to deny the right to return goods in cases of violation of the provisions of these special conditions.



To proceed with product returns, must-within fourteen working days following receipt of the order-to get an email at: mundda@mundda.com indicating the order number and the product concerned or products refunded.

Then we will contact you to arrange a home collection of products.
